چکیده
Natural deep eutectic solvents (NADES) are a third type of liquids, apart from water and lipids. NADES show promise as drug carriers in dermal formulations or for local administration the oral cavity due to their low toxicity, tunability biodegradability well solubilizing stabilizing properties. However, thorough investigation effects biological system is needed. The present study aimed investigate physicochemical properties six selected dilutions thereof. Further, suitability vehicles topical preparations was evaluated through application liposome model membranes ex vivo pig skin models. on membrane stability egg-phosphatidylcholine (Egg-PC) liposomes 1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine 16:0 PC (DPPC) were investigated by physical studies, permeability calorimetric analysis visual representation transmission electron microscopy (TEM). appeared most cases physically stable 24 h NADES, although there changes size morphology likely related increased osmolality. Some also able disaggregate formed DPPC aggregates. permeation studies indicated slightly reduced chloramphenicol after application, which caused hydrogen bonding between proteins based FT-IR-results. Altogether, our findings suggest that promising new delivery systems applications.

Natural Deep Eutectic Solvents (NADES) to Enhance Berberine Absorption: An In Vivo Pharmacokinetic Study.
In the present study results related to the in vivo administration of Natural Deep Eutectic Solvents (NADES)-solubilized berberine are reported for the first time. NADES are mixtures of small natural compounds having a melting point significantly lower than that of any individual component. Such solvents have gained much attention of the scientific community in the green chemistry area, being c...
متن کاملFood-Grade Synthesis of Maillard-Type Taste Enhancers Using Natural Deep Eutectic Solvents (NADES).
The increasing demand for healthier food products, with reduced levels of table salt, sugar, and mono sodium glutamate, reinforce the need for novel taste enhancers prepared by means of food-grade kitchen-type chemistry. Although several taste modulating compounds have been discovered in processed foods, their Maillard-type ex food production is usually not exploited by industrial process react...
متن کاملNatural deep eutectic solvents: cytotoxic profile
The purpose of this study was to investigate the cytotoxic profiles of different ternary natural deep eutectic solvents (NADESs) containing water. For this purpose, five different NADESs were prepared using choline chloride as a salt, alongside five hydrogen bond donors (HBD) namely glucose, fructose, sucrose, glycerol, and malonic acid. Water was added as a tertiary component during the eutect...

Natural deep eutectic solvents (NADESs) considered as “green” solvents offer an efficient, safe, sustainable, and cost effective method alternative to conventional extraction while microwave assisted extraction (MAE) is a convenient, rapid, environmental friendly and efficient technique. The combination of NADESs with MAE was applied in this study for the recovery of phenolic compounds from oli...

A certain combination of natural products in the solid state becomes liquid, so called natural deep eutectic solvents (NADES). Recently, they have been considered promising new green solvents for foods, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals due to their unique solvent power which can dissolve many non-water-soluble compounds and their low toxicity. However, in addition to the features as solvents, the ...
